Eastside Residence
Space to move, space to gather, and space of repose. On a beautiful sloping property with mature evergreens and distant mountain views, the clients asked us to design a home that celebrates the site. High ceilings and expansive windows showcasing the landscape were a high priority. Flat roofs set a modern tone that plays against the verticality of the firs, cedars, and pines. To meet the clients requests for a calm and composed aesthetic, natural textures featuring split-faced limestone, earthy stained oak, and patinaed bronze finishes were featured. Modern conveniences fit for a large family, such as multiple entertaining areas, a well appointed kitchen and a tranquil workout space fill out the home. We partnered early with an expert design team for landscape and interiors, creating a seamless indoor/outdoor living experience. Take a look at the Eastside Guest House project page for a closer look at the neighboring dwelling complimenting this main residence.
