Eastside Guest House

The guest house to the Eastside Residence mimics its larger partner in both form and materiality. The relatively modest footprint takes advantage of the sloping property to seamlessly connect levels across to the main house. The upper entry level living quarters features two bedroom suites perched above the pool and cabana level below. The upper level and the sun deck reach out into the landscape, suspending guests within the evergreen canopy.
